NO – 5116 W 40th Street, Saint Louis Park MN 55416: crabby realtor (Godzilla), fireplace, large master up, cabinets were dirty, basement was to your liking, parking same street as church (could be sunday traffic), overall this place did NOT stack up to it’s competitors at the same price, plus we’d need to battle the beast and may die from dragon breath.

Interested – 4028 Wooddale Avenue S, Saint Louis Park MN 55416: new looking siding, no parking front, garage faces away from house, cool porch and deck, awesome paint job, looks great with preferred floor plan, unique windows on sides of fireplace, killer kitchen, baths are ready to go, master up a tad smaller than Godzilla house at 5116 W 40th – there’s an “ok, kinda weird” powder room/sink in the master, basement was NOT finished and would need some TLC but there’s potential here – just not move in ready as a bedroom (Dad is a home builder  / contractor so there’s solid potential here.) Open House: sat 12-2

4069 Xenwood Avenue S, Saint Louis Park MN 55416: entered property from back door, private backyard with garage facing house, parking on one side of street, nice separate dining, bedroom up was smaller than Godzilla’s listing, basement area was not as open, the area for a “bedroom” in basement was awkward and room for expansion wasn’t possible, no exit in case of fire and there’s a real safety issue if used as an unofficial bedroom as per the financial strategy of renting out rooms (too much liability / risk.)
