Buying and moving into a new home always comes with stress, but moving with children can add completely different sets of needs and hassles. The National Association of REALTORS®’ 2017 Moving With Kids Report explores the unique experience of homebuying with kids.

When it comes to selling a home, the main reason people with children 18 and under choose to sell, at 29 percent, is because the home is too small; that is the reason for only 9 percent of people without children at home.

When they buy their new homes, buyers with children tend to purchase larger homes then their childfree counterparts.

Check out the the entire report here to learn more about the different purchasing and selling habits of those with children at home compared to those without.
